Privacy policy

When you submit an enquiry or download the brochure we collect the name, mobile number and — if you provide one — the email address you enter, along with the plot size you indicate an interest in and any message you write.

We also record the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which of our advertising produced the enquiry.

Solely to respond to your enquiry about Verdania Estate — to call, message or email you with the price list, plot availability and site visit arrangements, and to follow up on that conversation. Submitting the form authorises us to contact you for that purpose.

We share enquiry details with Godrej Properties and its representatives where that is necessary to register your interest, process a booking or arrange a site visit. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet accessible to Shashank Sharma personnel handling this project. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Campaign parameters are held in your browser’s session storage only, and are cleared when you close the tab.

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete the details you submitted, at any time — email enquiry@godrejverdaniaestateindore.in and we will action it.
