Indore first
They have already launched here once
Godrej Greenview Estate Phase 1 and Phase 2 were registered with MPRERA under P-SWR-25-5772 and P-SWR-25-5648, and launched to what the developer describes as an overwhelming response — the photograph alongside is from the Greenview allotment day.
For a plot buyer, a developer’s prior project in the same city is worth more than a national statistic. It means the approvals process, the contractor relationships and the servicing standards have already been tested against Indore conditions rather than imported from another market.

Godrej began in 1897 in lock-making and grew into household brands — Cinthol, Good Knight, Hit. Godrej Properties carried the name into real estate over 35 years ago, and now operates across 15 cities with 115+ projects and roughly 240 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
What that buys a plot purchaser is not prestige but process: statutory approvals obtained before sale, RERA registration in place, and a legal disclosure the buyer can verify independently.
